In addition to subscribing and unsubscribing from a list there are other options. When you first subscribe to a list the typical defaults are:

A [D] in the following list indicated the standard defaults when you initiall subscribe to a list. The form below has the following options:

Some lists require confirmation when you initially subscribe. To confirm reply to the message without including the original message and enter "ok" (without the quotes) in the body of the message. Some lists will not permit options to be set until the subscription is confirmed. However, there is no disadvantage in trying to set your options when you initially subscribe. The worse thing that will happen is that you will have to set the options again.

Please note this form will only work for listserv lists.

You CANNOT set option on most list until you are officially subscribed.

Your first and last names are only required if you are subscribing to a list.
